Last weekend we went to Splash Island! to celebrate one of my friend's birthday. Splash Island, is the largest water park in the Philippines, located at Biñan Laguna. One of my friends just lived nearby but none of us actually gone there and it was all our first time!
Before trying the different slides, we went to Agos Grande also known as the wave pool. Fortunately, during our visit all the slides are operational. Each slide has a scheduled time so that guests can enjoy each one without worry and you just have to maintain patience to fall in line.
Rio Montanosa
Our first slide was the King Pilipit, but riding this requires proper swimwear attire like a rash guard or swimsuit. I really don't know why because other slides are not that strict. Then after King Pilipit, we've tried the Rio Montanosa which I considered one of the most exciting slides to try here. Everyone had a lot of fun because this can be done by a group.
Splash Island has available restaurants inside and we went to Fiesta sa Pulo to buy our foods (quite expensive but delicious). Also, our cottage was located near Water Wahoo.
After eating our lunch, we went to Balsa River , this is quite boring but still, I had fun. Then we've tried the Big Bamboo and Tausug Trails slides.
For our last activity, we have tried the Magellan's Drop, it was so high (nerve-wracking) and you get to slide down using a rubber mat and facing upfront. Unfortunately, I was so excited and forgot to take a picture. It was amazing and your Splash Island adventure will not be complete if you will not try it.
Everyone had fun and we are now planning for our next weekend trip!
Want to go there? Splash Island is located at Southwoods Ecocentrum Biñan, Laguna Philippines.
